Forest Flow: Let the forest inspire your yoga practice. In this class you will build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Unite your breath with movement as you move between poses and enter a moving meditation. The class will end with a 15 minute meditation practice.

Please note that we require completed registration forms for each class and each person, this helps ensure we can notify you in the event there are changes. Be sure to wear comfy clothes and your bring own yoga mat if you have one. Yoga mats will be made available to borrow.
