Please enquire for more information.

Meditation - 1 Hour - Outdoor Studio
Meditation teaches us how to live our life in a peaceful way; providing tools to reduce stress, decrease overactive thinking, and eliminate worrying thoughts. Meditation helps bring us into the moment, increasing our quality of life. Sit under the canopy cover of our outdoor open studio as we learn different styles of meditation and connect with nature around us. Philosophy on Meditation will be discussed, we suggest bringing pencil and note book.

Meditation - 1 Hour - Forest
Meditation shows us how to live in connection with everything around us. Join us in a meditation walk as we explore how Walking Meditations or “Living Meditations” is a way we can live our life. We will be walking on a trail around the lake to find our spot to sit among the trees and breathe in everything around us.

Meditation - 1 Hour - Indoor Studio
There are many different styles of meditation. In these classes we will learn a variety of techniques where you can find one or many that work for you. Group Meditation classes are combined with Yoga Philosophy so bring a note book and pen to class for notes.

Payment and Cancellation: Payment due at time of registration. Registration can be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice and a full refund will be issued. For registrations cancelled with less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued.
