Forest TRX
Duration: 1 hour

Absorb the benefits of outdoor TRX training! Using a suspension harness and the weight of your own body, TRX Suspension Training® allows you to perform a variety of over 400 different cardiovascular and strength exercises, ranging in ability levels from beginner to advanced. Get out of your comfort zone and take your training into the forest. This TRX session combines the benefit of TRX training with nature therapy.

Timber Cruiser Half Circuit
Duration: 1 hour

Take your workout to the forest, enjoying our newly built, outdoor Timber Cruiser Circuit. In this class, move through the stations in one-minute intervals, building up strength, balance, focus and endurance. Combinations of TRX, balance beams, pull up bars, and climbing techniques to increase overall health, along with this truly unique outdoor setting will add immense benefits to your workout.

Timber Cruiser Full Circuit
Duration: 2.5 hours

Want a forest and fitness challenge? The full Timber Cruiser Circuit workout is jam packed with (bio)diversity. Running between each outdoor station, you will be testing balance, strength, climbing, agility, focus and endurance. This is a complete body workout that will push your fitness level, and take you through a beautiful and unique setting.

Indoor Core Circuit Training
Duration: 1 hour

Core Circuit Training works with a variety of exercises to keep the muscles challenged, the mind focused and the body toned. Combined with TRX, mat work, resistance bands, cardio, and more Circuit Training will be felt in the core of your being. All levels welcome. Running shoes required.
